About

NorminUp is made by one person, in France. Not a big anonymous company: someone who reads your messages.

“I build the tools I would like to use every day.”
— Yann, maker of NorminUp

Who is behind it

My name is Yann, known online by the nickname Yoyoazs. I am a student at 42 and I build NorminUp on my own: the code, the servers, the support.

When you write to NorminUp, I am the one who answers.

Why NorminUp

The status pages I found were either expensive or built for large technical teams. A bakery selling online or a Discord bot developer needs neither.

And nobody really tracked Discord bots shard by shard, even though a bot can go half down without anything noticing.

I wanted a tool that is set up in minutes, warns you in the right place, and reassures your users when something breaks.

The story

  1. 2024

It started as a simple status page for my own projects.

  2. December 2025

NorminUp becomes a real product: today’s code begins.

  3. Early 2026

    Launch.

  4. March 2026

CommuPass and OwnTech start using it at the same time.

  5. October 2026

Discord bots tracked shard by shard, and a dashboard rethought to start simply.

What is true today

  • France

    Where the checks run from.

  • CommuPass and OwnTech

    Two companies using NorminUp.

  • Equinox-js

My own Discord bot, monitored by NorminUp in production.

  • 15 services

Tracked for free, with no credit card.

What I commit to

No invented figures
A service never checked shows “pending”, not 100% availability.
Outages, mine included
NorminUp has its own status page, just like the one I offer you. status.norminup.com
